He knows the value of a tight-knit team and a reliable shelter. He knows the prison like his own house and plans to bring in as many survivors as possible. But first, he has save as many people as he can find. Character Inspiration Bill is likely to be inspired by Ian McShane as Al Swearengen in the TV series Deadwood
