Special Rule: When a Screamer has a line of sight to a Survivor at the beginning of the Zombie phase, it creates three noise tokens in its zone. If a screamer has produced noise tokens during the zombie phase, all spawn cards are read one step higher on their danger level (so if highest survivor is blue level you now spawn from the yellow level). If the danger level is already red, then spawn an additional time at the same spawn zone, the second spawn using the orange danger level.
